My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The recent renovations gave the place a beautiful look, but the automated check-in process created unnecessary hassle. While the beds were comfortable, the storage in the rooms was severely lacking. On the positive side, Eataly offered a unique dining experience, but the resort fee felt unjustified, especially with limited amenities available.
